Q: I DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN MARTIAL ARTS AND I AM OVER 30. CAN I STILL STUDY KRAV MAGA?
A: OF COURSE. IKMF KRAV MAGA IS EASY TO LEARN AND BASED ON BASIC PHYSICS ANYBODY CAN PRACTICE AND YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE SUPER FLEXIBILTY AND HUGE MUSCLES.
Q: DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO TRAINING?
A: WE RECOMMEND BRINGING SOMETHING TO DRINK AND SOME TROUSERS THAT ARE EASY TO MOVE IN. YOU MAY ALSO BRING A TOWEL. WE DON'T WEAR SHOES IN THE DOJO SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT.
Q: DO YOU TEACH PRIVATE LESSONS? IF YES, WHEN?
A: YES. WE HAVE PRIVATE LESSONS. THESE CAN CHANGE ACCORDING TO STUDENT'S FREE TIME. FOR CONSULTATION PLEASE CALL THE DOJO OR INSTRUCTORS.
Q: HOW MUCH TRAINING WOULD BE REQUIRED BEFORE I CAN DEFEND MYSELF ON THE STREETS?
A: IT DEPENDS ON YOUR BODY'S ABILITY, HOW MANY TIMES YOU PRACTICE PER WEEK, AND HOW SERIOUS YOU ARE IN YOUR APPROACH. IT IS DOWN TO THE INDIVIDUAL AND CAN START FROM 3 MONTHS OR REACH UP TO 2 YEARS.
Q: IS IT RECOMMENDED TO PRACTICE ONCE A WEEK?
A: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PRACTICING AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. THE MORE YOU PRACTICE, THE FASTER THE RESULTS. MOST OF OUR MEMBERS ARE COMING 3 TIMES A WEEK, BUT IF YOU ARE BUSY; TWICE A WEEK IS ALSO AN OPTION. TRAINING ONCE A WEEK WILL PRODUCE LESS RESULTS.
Q: I CHECKED YOUR SCHEDULE BUT THE CLASS TIME DOES NOT FIT MY SCHEDULE. I REALLY WANT TO PRACTICE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
